General Informations

The act of placing an order implies that you accept fully and without any reservations the present sales general conditions. edwards-sandwiches.ch may change the present sales general conditions at any given time. Changes in product lines, prices, delivery times and payment methods will be shared with clients only through their online consultations.

Client service

Our client service is available Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 16h00 by telephone: 022 304 1100, for any information, comments, complaints or possible questions. Outside these opening hours for our client service, you may contact us by e-mail: info@edwards-sandwiches.ch .

Orders

You can order either online on our web site www.edwards-sandwiches.ch or by telephone, 022 304 1100. Orders are received and handled Monday to Saturday from 8h00 to 21h00 and Sunday from 9h00 to 19h00. For more information on ordering, please see the section "Order".

Minimum command & delivery charges

A minimum order of CHF20 before any delivery charge is necessary to place an order. From CHF30 for an order, delivery is free of charge in the city centre in Geneva. From CHF150 for an order, delivery is free of charge to areas outside the city centre. Under the section Delivery areas on our web site you will find all the areas where we can deliver your order. If you are outside the delivery zone,please be sure to contact our client service and we will do our best to meet your request. Delivery charges are calculated only on the basis of postal codes.

Canceling your order

All orders cancelled by the client due to a delivery time that is more than 45 minutes late will nevertheless be billed to the client : 50% of the total for the order. A delivery time is given when each order is taken. Only the delivery time provided by our client service may be taken into account. Images of our products: You will find, on our web site, an illustration of each of our products. These illustration may not in any way be considered contractual ; they are there to serve as an indication only. All photos and illustrations of our products are reserved for the exclusive use by edwards-sandwiches.ch.

Payment methods

Payment on delivery: You have the option of paying for your order directly upon delivery using the following payment methods: cash, Lunch Checks or Restaurant Tickets.

Company account

This service is available to companies that would like to open an account with edwards-sandwiches.ch. Payment for all orders over CHF100- will be billed. The deadline for bill payment is 30 days. A fee of CHF15- will be billed in addition after the first reminder is sent. To open a Company Account with edwards-sandwiches.ch please address your request to: direction@edwards-sandwiches.ch . edwards SA reserves the right to open a Company Account.
